Let me introduce you to Kelsi.  Kelsi has a beautiful smile and a personality to match.  She can be sensitive and caring.  She is in need of a forever home to give her the stability that she desires.  

Kelsi is a healthy pre-teen.  She may have some cognitive delays and will need family support in this area.  Kelsi enjoys writing poetry and listening to music. Kelsi attends therapy on a regular basis and is on medication to help with emotional/behavioral concerns.  Kelsi needs a strong, committed and loving family where she can feel safe and at home.
